Its Friday night and the feelings right O’ What a night!!!! Its Steak Night every friday At Rolfs!!! Premium Irish beef steaks in various cuts and a multitude of accompliments…… and whats more its all about the Steak!!!
Spring is on its way. One does not think it, with the sudden cold,wet, windy weather. Snowdrops, crocous, and daffodils are out. Struggling not to be blown over by the strong gale force winds. But the biggest surprise in our gardenis the flowering Aloe Vera tree. Surviving in the outside in our Irish climate seems like a miracle,never mind producing a flower during the Irish winter.
