Wine & Dine

Our award winning fine dining Restaurant is open to both Residents and non Resident guests. We offer out door dining during the summer in the inner garden. Due to Covid-19 our wine bar is currently closed and all reservation are taken directly to the table. We offer a large selection of wines also available by the glass. Our extensive à la carte menu is served for Dinner. We have designed a new Lunch and Ice-cream menu for 2020 which is available during the summer.

Organic & Local Produce

Chef Johannes Haffner uses as much locally grown and organic produce as possible. All pastries Desserts and Breads are home made and freshly baked.

Fresh Meat & Fish

Our Meat and Fish is delivered fresh and cooked to order, such as Slaney Valley Lamb, Irish Beef as well as fresh local Fish and Shellfish.

In addition to our à la carte menu we have regular changing specials, regional and seasonal dishes
