It Is the Policy of Rolf to distribute all tips to staff on a fortnightly basis.

Tips are divided on a Rota basis. Each shift is counted as 2 and each half shift as one. Therefore exemplar:

6 staff 7 days= 84 (staff member works 5 days full shift they are entitled to 10 of the 84 points of the amount received in  gratuity)

To make this process easier  for the staff we ask where possible that gratuity is received in euro (cash).
